Overview
Envio is a native macOS application that helps developers manage .env files and switch between development, staging, and production environments.
We take your privacy seriously. Envio does not collect, transmit, or share any personal data. Everything stays on your device.
Data Collection
Envio does not collect any personal information. We do not use analytics, telemetry, crash reporting services, or any third-party SDKs that collect data.
File Access
Envio requests access to folders you explicitly select via the system file picker. This access is used solely to read and write .env files within those folders.
Your project paths and environment variables are stored locally on your device using macOS UserDefaults and security-scoped bookmarks. This data never leaves your Mac.
Notifications
Envio may send local notifications when you switch environments. These notifications are generated entirely on your device and no notification content is transmitted externally.
iCloud & Network
Envio does not use iCloud, network connections, or any external servers. The app operates fully offline.
Third-Party Services
Envio does not integrate any third-party analytics, advertising, or tracking services.
